HIKING BY THE CANTAREIRA NATURAL PARK

The Cantareira Natural Park is the largest protected area of forest in urban area in Brazil and invites you to make the fascinating Macuco and Waterfall Trail. Besides the trail We'll see the old water supply system of São Paulo city and this system has been declared a historical patrimony of São Paulo State.

Start: 09:00am at the Hotel (Saturday and Sunday)

Trip: Presentation of Natural Park; Visit the headquarters of Park; Safety instructions and conduct during the hiking; We start the hiking by the Macuco Trail to see species of wild fauna and flora, after that, we'll start other trail called Waterfall Trail, where we'll cross the Engordador River at different points and stop to take a bath in two different waterfalls; At the end of hiking we'll visit a dam and Old Supply Water System of São Paulo City.
